I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED STUDENT TICKETS BEFORE. HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?

Enter your 10-digit Purdue Student ID number and enter all required account information.

WHAT IS MY STUDENT ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

Your account password is set by you when you activate your student ticket account.

WHEN I CHECKOUT, IT SAYS "YOUR BILLING ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY." WHAT DO I DO?

Make sure your account address and billing address are the same. If the problem continues, call the ticket office.

HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS ON MY PHONE?

All tickets are digital tickets. You will be emailed your tickets. Add the tickets to your phone's digital wallet prior to the game as you will need to present them for entry at the gate. Click here for more information on digital tickets.
